Laptop scheme
The PM laptop scheme is a blessing for all students. It is a scheme which has provided benefit to a large number of students. Everything was going smoothly until the third phase of the scheme. After that, some irregularities surfaced, which need to be dealt with on an urgent basis. To date, the merit lists of Phase 4 and 5 have not been released by the relevant authorities.
The registration for Phase 4 was started in last July. After being extended for three times, the registration finally closed on December 31, 2017. Students should have received confirmation mails for selection by January 2018. However, this process hasn’t been completed so far. The authorities are requested to look into this matter and issue the relevant merit lists at the earliest.
