Mansehra linked to 12-inch diameter gas pipeline

MANSEHRA: The Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) has linked Mansehra with 12 inches diameter pipeline, bringing a relief to commercial and domestic consumers and compressed natural gas (CNG) sector.

“We have linked Mansehra with double diameter gas pipeline, which was the longstanding demand of the people,” Hasham Khan, an officer of SNGPL, told reporters on Tuesday. “With this development now we can also supply natural gas to other parts in district which are still marooned of this facility,” he said.

He said that 12 inches diameter gas pipeline was linked with mega supply line in Abbottabad. The motorists, who used to line up in long queues to fill CNG, were happy to witness that there were no queues of vehicles.
