IHC delegation meets Punjab governor

Governor Punjab Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana has said that the elements would not succeed who wants to disrupt the pace of development in the country by creating political instability and intends to get their political motives by exploiting panama issue. He stated this while talking to a delegation of Islamabad High Court Bar Association who called on him at Punjab House, Islamabad on Saturday.

The delegation led by President Islamabad High Court Bar Association Arif Chaudhry while other office bearers Chaudhry Riaz Ahmed Vice President , Muhammad Arbab Abbasi, General Secretary and Asif Alvi Joint Secretary also present on the occasion.

Governor Punjab said that the present government had placed the country on the path of progress and prosperity and a record number of development projects had been completed to mitigate the sufferings of people but the elements who had been indulged in negative politics trying to intercept the pace of economic prosperity. He said present government would complete its tenure and no one can mislead the people. Governor Punjab said that it is time to unite the nation and to supplement efforts of present government for strengthening political system in the country besides improving socio economic conditions of the people who had been confronted various difficulties. He mentioned that government has achieved milestones of making Pakistan an investment friendly country and it is encouraging that government has attracted foreign investment which would open new opportunities of business and employment.
