Beaten bully

India has been behaving like the policeman of South Asia for the last three or four decades, bullying other regional countries and telling them what they can and cannot do. But, signs are now growing that the rest of the region is becoming tired of India’s heavy-handed approach. Sheikh Hasina’s ouster was the first domino to fall and now Pakistan has shown that India does not have the power to just force other countries to do what it wants. The myth of Indian hegemony has been broken. The performance of our armed forces against the Indian incursion was supreme and it forced the Indians to run to the US and plead for a ceasefire.
