Gohar, Gandapur named as accused in Oct 4 protest case
29 PTI workers appeared in court, while applications were filed by four for exemption from attendance

ISLAMABAD: Barrister Gohar Khan, KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur, Barrister Saif, Omar Ayub and other PTI leaders have been named as accused in a case registered against them over the October 4 protest under hearing in the court of Magistrate Shaista Kundi. During the hearing of the case registered at Koral Police Station yesterday, 29 PTI workers appeared in the court, while applications were filed by four for exemption from attendance. The prosecution presented the challan of the case, in which Barrister Gohar Khan, Ali Amin Gandapur, Barrister Saif, Omar Ayub have been named as accused. The court adjourned the hearing until July 17. The accused are likely to be indicted in the next hearing.
