Property expo in Islamabad attracts large number of people
Islamabad:DHA Islamabad launched its first ever Real Estate Expo & Digital Auction 2025 from April 20 to 22.The expo offers potential investors and homebuyers a unique opportunity to secure prime properties at discounted rates for a limited time. The event was officially launched on Sunday evening at a grand ceremony held at the Jacaranda Family Club in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.
The launch event was attended by prominent real estate developers, investors, DHA officials, Islamabad and Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce experts and estate and property enthusiasts. The initiative marks a significant step by DHA Islamabad towards digital transformation and market accessibility.
The three-day expo and auction will take place both on-ground and online, with the digital platform hosted at www.dhai-r.com.pk, allowing national and overseas Pakistanis to participate from anywhere in the world. According to DHA officials, the event will showcase a limited inventory of residential and commercial plots, villas, and apartments across various phases of DHA Islamabad. Exclusive discounts and deals will be available only during the event days.
Administrator DHA Islamabad Brigadier Najaf Abbas, while talking to ‘The News’, said that, DHA has revolutionized the estate and property sector. “Everything is now being digitalized and online, so we came up with the idea of Digitalized Auction of DHA. Through the Digital Auction, one can click on the plots of DHA and be able to bid. The bids, which would vary according to their bidding amount, but the amount will not be visible. All the available plots would be visible on the map, and one can choose the location of the plots. Secondly, we are also collaborating with NADRA so that our overseas buyers can be facilitated for their thumb impressions, in case they buy any property. This is the first step of facilitating our buyers. We are providing the basic amenities as well as sports and health facilities for our residents.” “Welcome to the future of Real Estate. President RCCI Usman Shaukat, while speaking on the occasion, said that we congratulate DHA for initiating this step and lifting the burden of overseas Pakistanis who wanted to buy properties in DHA. They had to go through lengthy procedures of buying, but now DHA has made the system transparent and easy.
President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nasir Qureshi, said that DHA has always come up with brilliant ideas for their upcoming projects, and this is one of them. We need to show innovation with our limited scores and come up with an industrial revolution. “We have 15,000 members and we are here to collaborate with DHA in every way,” he added.
