LHC bench dissolved in detention law case
Justice Khalid Ishaq recused himself from hearing the case that led to dissolution of bench

LAHORE: A five-member bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) constituted to hear petitions against Section 3 of the detention law has been dissolved following recusal by Justice Khalid Ishaq.
The detention law case came up for hearing before the bench headed by LHC Chief Justice Aalia Neelum. Justice Khalid Ishaq recused himself from hearing the case that led to dissolution of bench. The CJ will now constitute a new bench to hear the case.
