LAHORE:Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Mal Department, Punjab, Friday released the third installment of Himmat Card Programme at the Directorate General of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Mal, Punjab.

Punjab Minister for Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Mal Sohail Shaukat Butt graced the occasion as the chief guest. Addressing the event, the minister said nearly 40,000 persons with disabilities have already benefited from the initiative in the first phase, and the second phase aims to reach an additional 25,000 beneficiaries.
