Naqvi meets UAE Cricket Board Chairman
LAHORE: PCB Chairman and Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi welcomed Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, Chairman of the United Arab Emirates Cricket Board, to Pakistan.
During the meeting, both discussed matters of mutual interest, bilateral relations, and the promotion of cricket in Pakistan and the UAE. They agreed to take further steps to promote cricket between the two countries.
Mohsin Naqvi invited Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan to visit Pakistan to watch the matches of the Champions Trophy tournament. He expressed his best wishes for Pakistan regarding the organization of the Champions Trophy tournament.
Mohsin Naqvi offered all possible cooperation for the promotion of cricket in the UAE. “Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan visit to Pakistan is a matter of great honor for us. The leadership of the UAE has always supported Pakistan wholeheartedly. We will work closely with the UAE to promote cricket.” Naqvi said.
