Workshop on women’s rights

LAHORE: Under the instructions of SP Headquarters Ahmad Zunair Cheema, a one-day workshop was held at the District Police Lines, Qila Gujjar Singh, Lahore, on women’s rights, the Women Safety App, and laws related to women.
The workshop was attended by 10 female police officers and 35 male police officers. Bushra Ikhlaq from NGO ‘WISE’ delivered a lecture on gender equality. Inspector Ghazala Sharif provided awareness about the Women Safety App, and Inspector Shabih Raza gave a detailed information on laws related to women.
