President appoints Dr Iqbal as Comstech coordinator general
Ministry of Science and Technology has issued a notification for Dr Iqbal Chaudhry's appointment

KARACHI: President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has appointed Dr Iqbal Chaudhry as the coordinator general of Comstech for another four years.
The Ministry of Science and Technology has issued a notification in this regard.
Dr Iqbal Chaudhry has received the important award of “Mustafa Prize”. He was also the director of University of Karachi Research Institute HEJ for 24 years. Comstech (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) is the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technical Cooperation established by the Third Islamic Summit of the Islamic Conference held in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, in January 1981. The President of Pakistan is its chairman.
