LAHORE:Police Khidmat Centres have accorded policing services to at least 1,485,000 citizens in seven months this year.
According to the Punjab Police spokesman more than 470,000 citizens obtained character certificates from police service centres, 704,000 got police verification, 3,932 got police verification of private employees, over 102,000 got registered tenancy agreements, 15,000 got their vehicles verified, over 94,000 obtained medicolegal certificates, over 45,000 registered missing documents, 2,820 got registered crime reports, 63,543 got copy of FIR, 77 filed the Women Violence Report, 36,000 got legal and social protection for vulnerable groups and 640 got employee registration.
