SP Komail gets letter of appreciation

LAHORE: Inspector General Police (IGP) Punjab Dr Usman Anwar Tuesday issued a letter of appreciation for SP Irtaza Komail for demonstrating grit in the line of duty.

At a ceremony held at the Central Police Office, the IGP encouraged the SP with the letter and said he had shown excellent performance while saving a woman from angry mob during Ichhra incident.

The IGP said police saved the life of not only one person, but the entire humanity. Additional IG Establishment Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry, Additional IG IAB Imran Mehmood, DIG Headquarters Humayun Bashir Tarar, AIG Discipline Asif Amin were also present on the occasion.
