Unity stressed in face of challenges
NOWSHERA: A group of citizens on Tuesday called for national unity to overcome the challenges faced by the country.
Muhammad Khan Safi, Nabila Zaman and Zeesha Zaman, all belonging to the families whose members were part of the security forces and laid down their lives, addressed a press conference at the Nowshera Press Club.
They said the Pakistan Army was a disciplined and strong force that had always protected the frontiers of the country even in the most difficult times. Citizens said Pakistan was facing multiple challenges and that called for unity of all the countrymen.They said a propaganda campaign had been launched against the security forces by blowing out of proportion the case of the missing persons, adding this was not in the interest of the country.
