Second phase of training of intending Haj pilgrims begins
According to spokesman of Religious Ministry, in all 40 resource persons with support of religious scholars and master trainers are imparting training to intending pilgrims at 122 centers
ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony on Tuesday started second phase of Haj Training across the country during which the intending pilgrims would be apprised of performance religious duty and laws and rules of the host country.
According to spokesman of the Religious Ministry, in all 40 resource persons with support of religious scholars and master trainers are imparting training to intending pilgrims at 122 centers.
Addressing a training session in Islamabad, Director of IT Cell of the Ministry and master trainer Hakeem Khattak told participants that they would have to pass through process of mandatory vaccination at end of training programme. Moreover, the intending pilgrims would be vaccinated free of cost, 10 days prior to their department for Saudi Arabia.
He said that all the intending pilgrims performing Haj under government’s regular scheme would be issued free bags, scarf, Ahram, belt, shoe bag and mobile Sims.
He said that flight schedule has been issued directing successful applicants to collect their passports, tickets and visa lockets from Haji camps, two days before their departure.
