PMLN reacts to Aleema Khan’s press conference
LAHORE: PMLN leader and spokesperson Azma Bukhari has criticised Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan. Reacting to Aleema Khan's press conference, Azma Bukhari said Aleema Khan should not forget what her brother and sister-in-law did and the nation knew their ‘crime’. “Those who make earnings of sewing machines should know that the country is driven by economic vision, not by the earnings of sewing machines,” she said and added Aleema Khan has shown her unscrupulous mind and training by speaking ill of Maryam Nawaz.
Azma said that Aleema Khan should tell the nation what her brother did for the country while in power. She should not forget that her brother built properties for himself and his family with public money while in power, she alleged.
Toshakhana theft, Al-Qadir Trust property, prohibited funding and May 9 incidents have not been forgotten by the people, Azma maintained and said the PTI was unable to digest Maryam Nawaz's success.
