MARDAN: Women University Mardan has been acknowledged as a regional frontrunner and recognised for the timely submission of data on the financial year.
The university’s management, in collaboration with the focal person from the Higher Education Statistics (HES) initiative, has earned the honour.
The Higher Education Data Repository Division (HEDR) has played a pivotal role in advancing the landscape of higher education data management. The HEDR has unveiled an online data collection portal for the submission of Higher Education statistics across Pakistan.
The portal, designed to streamline data submission processes by conducting extensive online and physical training sessions, benefitting 450 focal persons nationwide. These sessions have equipped participants with the essential skills needed to navigate the “Edustats” portal seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient data submission process.
The recognition was presented in the form of an “Award of Appreciation” ceremony, held at HEC Islamabad, specifically honouring universities that have demonstrated commitment by submitting complete data within the stipulated time-frame.
