LOS ANGELES: Jurassic World franchise churned out its latest trailer and it looks terrific. The small clip is a build-up of the previous trailer that was released last year. The premise of both the trailers is that the island of Jurassic World is under threat and the two lead characters are here to save the dinosaurs from extinction.

The first Jurassic World, directed by Colin Trevorrow, brought in $1.6 billion and left behind a legacy to return to after 14 years.

The writers are same for the new movie while the director’s seat has been taken by J.A Bayona. The reason Bayna joined the franchise was the promise that he would bring in something more dark and nightmarish to the legacy of Jurassic World and he seems to have done justice, from what the trailer has to offer.

Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, and B.D. Wong will reprise their roles from the previous film, with James Cromwell, Ted Levine, Justice Smith, Geraldine Chaplin, Daniella Pineda, Toby Jones, Rafe Spall, and Isabella Sermon joining the cast. Jeff Goldblum will reprise his role as Dr. Ian Malcolm from the original film and its 1997 sequal.

‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ is scheduled to release on 22nd June 2018.
