SYDNEY: England skipper Joe Root has been treated in hospital after suffering from severe dehydration, diarrhoea and vomiting.
Joe Root was taken to hospital for treatment as he suffered from diarrhoea and vomiting overnight after batting in extreme heat as the temperature reached at 47.3C, the hottest day in Sydney for 79 years.
