Real life Rapunzel has 64 inch long hair

Real life Rapunzel has finally been discovered and it is being wondered whether she really was in hiding all these years. While the exact length of Rapunzel’s hair is unknown, the real life Rapunzel , Andrea Colson, aged 33, has 64 inch long hair which is golden in color and gives her significant semblance to Rapunzel from children’s story books.

She is a Christian missionary and lives in Micronesia. The secret behind her 64-inch glossy tresses is a spoonful of peanut butter and twice-a-week massages of coconut oil into the scalp.

Her long thick locks take 30 minutes to plait and are held back by hair ties from bothering her in daily chores. Andrea shares that she has been growing her hair since she was a young girl and has received a lot of admiration from people.

Fan of Rapunzel and the movie ‘Tangled’, Andrea is thrilled when somebody compliments her hair and calls her Rapunzel. A lot of times people ask her whether her hair is real or not, to which Andrea smilingly resorts to by sharing that she has never dyed or given her hair a proper haircut, thus they are her very own.
