Humera Arshad’s husband detained after she leveled accusations against him

LAHORE: Ahmed Butt, husband of singer Humera Arshad, and his brother were detained after the singer leveled allegations against him, alleging that Butt attacked her home, threatened her and beat up the family.

Geo News quoted Humera sa saying, Butt threatened her of dire consequences and refused to hand over the custody of their six year old child against the house. Whereas, according to the agreement made between the husband and wife, Butt had promised to hand over the child to Humera with a condition of transferring the ownership of the house to him.

She went on to say despite the agreement, Butt assaulted her and her family. She also stated that now Butt demands for her house and money besides the custody of their child.

Meanwhile, Ahmed Butt, husband of Humera, who is also a model and an actor in contrary said, he just went to visit his child but was humiliated by Arshad’s brothers.

In the video clip available with Geo News the actor could be seen wearing a torn shirt, which he claims to be a result assault by Humera’s brothers.

However, the following emergency call made by the singer to police helpline 15, resulted in detaining Arshad, his brother and a friend at a police station. But no case has been filed over the allegations charged.
