LAHORE: Pakistani actress Meera has announced to contest against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in next general elections.
Meera claimed, “I am more popular in the public than Imran Khan.” She expressed hope saying being more popular than Khan, she would bag 100% success against him.
The famous Pakistani film actress went on to say she would contest elections against Imran from Lahore.
Irtiza Rubab better known by her stage name Meera is a Pakistani film actress, television presenter, model and leading philanthropist.
Meera added she had started preparations for electoral campaign and would surprise the opponents.
Pakistan will hold next general elections in 2018.
