Presley Gerber's best friend issues heartbreaking statement after his untimely death

Presley Gerber’s best friend, Ryan Frederick, broke the silence on the untimely death of the model.

On Friday, Ryan expressed his grief over Presley's death on his Instagram handle, saying, "He was a brother to me."

“You weren’t just my best friend. You were a brother to me. We shared so many memories, so many good times, and so many moments I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life,” Ryan began the lengthy note.

He further penned, “There was nobody in this world I laughed harder with. Some of my happiest memories are with you. Surfing together, traveling around the world, experiencing new places, getting into adventures, and somehow always finding a way to laugh through it all.”

Praising Presley as a "true fighter," Ryan wrote, "I’ll always remember you for your heart, your humor, your loyalty, and the way you could make any moment better.

“I’m going to miss your laugh, your energy, our trips, our time in the water, and all the memories we still thought we had ahead of us,” he continued.

Concluding the emotional note, Ryan added, “I love you, brother. I’ll carry you with me everywhere I go. Rest easy, Pres."

For those unaware, Presley died on September 20 while receiving treatment in a rehabilitation facility. He was just 27.
