Presley Gerber's ex-girlfriend shares heartbreaking tribute after his death

Charlotte D’Alessio is remembering her ex-boyfriend Presley Gerber following his untimely death.

On Friday, the 28-year-old Canadian model took to her Instagram handle to pay a touching tribute to the late Presley.

"Rest easy king,” Charlotte captioned the Instagram carousel dedicated to the late model. “Love you so much Pres.”

In one of the shared photos, the former couple can be seen embracing while looking directly at the camera, while in the other, Presley is smiling, wearing sunglasses and a scarf wrapped around his neck.

Charlotte also shared a clip of herself and Presley riding a mechanical bull.

“Connected for life, I’ll talk to you soon,” she concluded the caption. 

For those unaware, Charlotte and Presley were in a relationship for about two years.

Presley died on September 20 due to a drug overdose. He was the only son of model Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber.

"On September 20, 2026, at approximately 9:35 a.m., Santa Monica Police Department officers responded to a report of a possible overdose in the 1000 block of Berkeley Street," the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner told the Daily Mail at that time.

"Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who was deceased," a representative added.
