Britney Spears' son Jayden opens up about one frustrating question

Jayden James, the younger son of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, is opening up about stepping into the public eye, including one type of question he'd prefer people stop asking him. 

In a new interview with Interview Magazine, the 19-year-old said he dislikes when people approach him with assumptions rather than genuine curiosity, explaining that he'd rather people get to know him instead of assuming they already do.

“Questions with assumptions,” Jayden responded. “I’d rather people get to know me rather than assume they already do.”

Jayden, who shares older brother Sean Preston, 20, with Federline, has had a busy year stepping into modeling and fashion. 

In late August, he was announced as the cover star of MACzine, MAC Cosmetics' relaunched digital publication, following past cover stars like Doja Cat. 

Earlier this summer, Jayden and Sean Preston made their runway debut together during Paris Men's Fashion Week, walking in the Vetements Spring/Summer 2027 menswear show. 

Speaking with Vogue at the time, Jayden seemed interested in continuing to pursue modeling, admitting he felt a bit stiff during his first walk due to nerves, but hopes to improve with more experience. 

He also shared that he and his brother are exploring other creative paths as well, including music.
