Prince Harry has just been hit with one of the harshest reminders of his past, to date, and they come from British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard this time around.

She shared her thoughts with Fox News Digital and right off the bat talked about the couple’s decision to move to the UK.

For those unversed, many of their motivations and plans have been kept under lock and key. The only thing known for sure is that their stay will be for an “extended” period of time, with plans for Meghan to travel back and forth since the kids are already enrolled in their British school -- the first off which they had to be pulled from due to security issues.

As Ms Chard explains it, “Harry and Meghan want their children to build close relationships with their cousins, in fact, the whole British royal family. Allegedly, this was one of the deciding factors in their U.K. return.”

However, even though she calls it ‘understandable’ she also noted, at this point the family “will keep their distance from the Sussexes.”

In her view the only real path may be paved if Harry and Meghan, for their children's sake, “work towards peace with the family.” But “not just a sweeping statement about reconciliation and doing the exact opposite,” Ms Chard clarified. “But Harry will absolutely want his children to understand their heritage and that they are part of the British royal family.”

Even British royal expert Hilary Fordwich during her turn with the outlet because she feels the prospects Harry has are slim to none. Her exact words were, “after all he has said and done, it's highly unlikely the family will ever trust Harry or welcome them all back into the family fold.”
