Emmy 2026 ratings are in, and there's good and bad news

This year's star-studded Emmy night aired on NBC, and it drew a strong audience.

A whopping 6.7 million viewers tuned in to see their drama stars. Yet that was lower than last year.

According to Variety, the decline is tied to the day the event was held.

The last year's Emmy took place on Sunday on CBS but this year's was on Monday.
