Archie, Lilibet former school reacts to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle's decision
Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet started school earlier this month
A royal expert has claimed that the previous school is ‘relieved’ that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle relocated their children Archie and Lilibet.
In his latest report for the ITV, royal expert Chris Ship has made this claim after the royal couple decided to swap schools because of concerns over the security of transporting them.
Meghan and Harry’s spokesperson said on Monday, "The decision for the children to move school was taken following a discussion with the family's security team about the practicalities of their current arrangements.”
The representative continues, "The parents remain extremely grateful to all the teachers and staff for the love, care and effort they have shown their family. This decision should in no way be interpreted as a reflection on the school or the exceptional care the children have received there."
Chris Ship also tweeted his report on X, formerly Twitter handle and said, “"The previous school is, I am told by those in the know, actually relieved that Harry and Meghan relocated their children."
The location of Meghan and Harry’s new home and details of the children's school have been kept private.
The distance between their home and the original school, with heavy traffic in the area, had caused concern for their security team.
Meghan and Harry relocated to Britain after six years of living in California, with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet starting school in September.
