A screenshot shared by a user on social platform showed several previous orders for the device along with a cancellation notice and refund, as they voiced anxiety over unattended calls to fix the issue.

Similarly other ongoing reports indicate that Apple is cancelling their order without explanation, sparking replies that mixed jokes, disbelief over the mishap and doubts whether the issue is genuine or merely for attention.

The Pro Max starts at $12,99 with up to 2TB storage, and high demand commonly leads to immediate sell-outs or delays even as Apple’s policies maintain a fully refundable cancellation process.

On social platform X, users have been sharing various experiences with one writing, “ The past orders are already cancelled, bro you too Dey lie, I can see it.”

Second remarked, “ Apple rarely gives an itemized explanation in cancellation emails, but automatic pre-order cancellations during major launch windows almost always stem from automated fraud filters, address restrictions, or account limits.”
