Prince William, the Prince of Wales encouraged people to look out for those who may be struggling.

Via official Instagram handle of the Prince and Princess of Wales, Kensington Palace unveiled William's speech on World Suicide Prevention Day, Thursday.

Speaking at Everton’s Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool, the Prince of Wales described suicide as “one of the greatest challenges facing our society” as he launched On Your Side, a new suicide prevention toolkit created specifically for the sports sector.

Prince William called for a wider movement across sport, emphasizing the unique ability of sporting communities to bring people together and provide a sense of belonging.

“We want to start a movement across sport,” he said.

The caption of the post read: "The On Your Side toolkit will help people in every sport support someone around suicide."

Prince William also earned praise for raising his voice. A user commented, "Very important message - well done prince William."
