Robert De Niro has stepped forward to support his co-star Ariana Grande in order to support their upcoming film Focker-In-Law.

For those unaware, the forthcoming American comedy film directed by John Hamburg casts Grande as Olivia Jones, De Niro as Jack Byrnes, Ben Stiller as Greg Focker, Skyler Gisondo as Henry Focker, Owen Wilson as Kevin Rawley, and others.

An insider told Radar Online that the 83-year-old American actor and producer has silently filled the gap created by Grande’s absence.

The source said, "Ariana's situation has created some chaos around how Focker-in-Law will be promoted and marketed.”

Notably, the core reason why De Nero is leading a promotional campaign is that he wants to support the Wicked star in a difficult patch of her life.

Grande “has a leading role and is the focus of the trailer that's already playing in theaters. But she's not available to promote the film,” they quipped.

The cast of Focker-In-Law “loved working with her – especially Bob – and cheered adding her to the cast.”

Notably, the Side to Side crooner has taken a step back from visibility after she was brutally bashed for her extreme weight loss.

It is pertinent to mention that Focker-In-Law is scheduled to be released in theatres on November 25, 2026.
