Olivia Rodrigo has launched a fresh criticism against US President Donald Trump over changes to federal funding for Planned Parenthood.

The singer has appeared in a new campaign about the impact of recent clinic closures. The clip claims that nearly 30 Planned Parenthood health centers have closed since Trump signed legislation ending federal funding for the organisation.

The video initially shows Rodrigo looking into the camera as text appears on screen, before the tone shifts. "But we'll never stop fighting for sexual and reproductive health care."

The video is shared by the upcoming all-women music festival Daisy Chain Fields, where she is scheduled to perform.

Rodrigo has long supported Planned Parenthood. In 2025, she received the organisation's Catalyst of Change Award, with Planned Parenthood Federation of America president Alexis McGill Johnson praising the singer for using her platform to advocate for reproductive rights and healthcare access.

Additional campaign videos released by Daisy Chain Fields show conversations with Planned Parenthood leaders about reproductive healthcare and public education.

The latest campaign marks another public clash between Rodrigo and the Trump administration. Last year, she criticised the White House after one of her songs was used in an immigration enforcement video.

Rodrigo has also publicly voiced support for immigrant communities and has previously partnered with the White House during the Biden administration to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations among young Americans.
