Kate Middleton desperate to sound the alarm bells: It's some sort of trap!'

Kate Middleton’s pure desperation to avoid issues with the Sussexes has just reached a fever pitch and it involves their homecoming for the Invictus Games event and to meet with King Charles.

A well placed source took on the job of explaining why its raging this much and admitted to Closer magazine, “she feels they've all paid a very high price over the last few years” with both Harry and Meghan, and now “she's cautious” about giving them access again especially when there are still unresolved feelings at play, ready to muck things about.

But that’s not all, part of her fear also revolves around the fact that “she wouldn’t be surprised if it was some sort of trap and the timing couldn't be more delicate.”

There’s also another thing at play, and that is Meghan’s own friendships which may end up running certain big event days for Kate. Case in point Wimbledon, where the Duchess’ friend Serena Williams will be.

Regarding this the insider noted, “Wimbledon is very close to Kate’s heart, but she’s already dreading it. People around Kate think Meghan is fully aware of the position this puts her in - and there could be more than just tennis balls flying across the court if the duchess makes an appearance.”

But the icing on the cake isn’t even that, in truth, “Meghan won't share her plans in advance or arrange her schedule around what works best for Kensington Palace.”

The only thing set in stone is that ‘if she wants to support Serena, she will’. So the two women could end up in close proximity, “and the Palace is handling the situation very carefully,” they added before signing off. “They don't want any misunderstandings, or anybody claiming they were snubbed.”
