Kieron Moore makes shocking career confession after controversial new movie
'Boots' star Kieron Moore admits his new role left friends stunned
Kieron Moore reflected on his boldest role until now.
In an interview with People Magazine, the actor revealed that his performance in the provocative drama Blue Film has given him a new level of confidence in the career.
As per Moore, the project pushed him outside his comfort zone, but the encouragement he received from his former Netflix castmates made the experience even more meaningful.
He said, "Everyone's just been so great."
"That's a group of hungry, passionate boys. We all just want to do our best. And I've gained a real family with them, which is, again, that's another luxury of the job," Moore added.
Moore also noted, "You make these little families and you leave and you kind of cross paths down again."
"That was different. We went through the trenches on that job and I'll support whatever they do and we still have this group chat and we check in and see what everyone's doing," he said.
The actor admitted to feeling validated after seeing his Boots castmates' reaction. "I just don't think they thought I could do that."
He said, "And that's why I've been so excited for people to see it."
"Look, I know it's such a strong piece and it's really going to unnerve people, but I think it's the first time I've ever been proud of my performance," Kieron Moore added.
