Shamed Andrew elated his daughters are ‘not being tarred by the same brush’
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Sarah Ferguson are elated their daughters are in safe hands
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Sarah Ferguson are seemingly relieved as their daughters have been spared by the royal family.
The ex Duke and Duchess of York, who are now being exiled by the royal family, are happy that their daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, are not facing the consequences of their mistakes.
Royal expert Duncan Larcombe says: "You’d like to think that Andrew was big enough and clever enough to welcome the fact his daughters aren’t being tarred with the same brush.”
"But whether he is or not, we don’t know. Andrew is an odd cookie but you’d like to think he wants the best for his daughters after everything that’s happening and has happened to him,” he adds.
He continues, "The same applies to Sarah Ferguson. You’d hope it would come as a relief to them that their daughters are able to interact with their family in public."
Meanwhile, Royal expert Jennie Bond says the York sisters were "brave to show up" at Peter Phillips’ wedding, adding that "it can't have been easy for them".
