To which, Jack responded, “I can’t [say]."

He then lauded the series and creator Jacob Tierney.

“I think it’s such an incredible show, and it didn’t work out,” Jack said. “But I love Jacob, I love everyone involved."

"I’m just, I’m excited to see what they do for the second season," he added, as per Just Jared.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Jack was offered a role in the second season of the sports series, but had to turn it down due to scheduling conflicts.

It is worth noting that filming for Heated Rivalry season two will kick off later this summer.

Recently, in an interview with Pink News, the show's creator, Jacob Tierney, revealed that season 2 will bring much more than just romance.

“I don’t have my full plan worked out yet. When Shane and Ilya get married, like by Hayden’s kids, it’s like the cutest thing I’ve ever seen where of course I’m going to do that. So there’s a thing I can commit to,” he told the outlet in March.
