George’s future causes huge difference with Kate Middleton, William despite ‘one unit’ philosophy’

Kate Middleton and Prince William have finally hit a point in their parenting journey where they can no longer remain on the same page and the reason is their oldest son and future King of England, George.

News of this comes via well placed sources who are well versed with their woes.

While talking to Closer the source explained “as a future monarch, William is very conscious that George is at an age where his life will start becoming more structured toward that.”

“There’s an understanding that things will change after this summer” but “there are things that William and Kate don’t see eye to eye on – there’s been some difficult conversations about what happens next.”

The biggest issue at this point in time is that “George’s future as King has become very real – and there’s a definite difference of opinion.”

On one hand William is “very focused making sure George’s path to the throne is as smooth as possible,” while on the other is his mum Kate who “is desperately trying to keep hold of his old life for as long as she can.”

For now though, the only thing known for sure is that “at home, he’s still just George. He loves being outside, messing around with his siblings and doing ordinary kid stuff. Kate holds onto that very tightly, because she knows these years are going by incredibly fast.”
