Nancy Guthrie kidnapping update: Pima County Sheriff issues new statement to perpetrators
Nancy Guthrie’s case has warranted another statement by the Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos
The abduction of Nancy Guthrie has been inching closer to its fifth month, and now a crackdown has been taking place in her neighbourhood, prompting the Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos to come forward a warning.
He issued the statement to local outlet, KVOA-TV and according to him, “We are now into the fifth month of this, and we started getting calls from the neighbors about a certain group of these I’ll use the word YouTubers.”
For those unversed, in recent weeks these individuals will go from having citations issued against them to arrests and jail time if particular alleged behavior continues.
In respect to this he also said, “the complaints got to be pretty egregious in that the behavior of those individuals was becoming pretty scary and frightful to the neighborhood.”
He didn’t conclude there either, instead he spoke directly to the perpetrators and said, “if you received a ticket you will then be arrested,” Nanos said to KVOA-TV. “In other words, if someone is just out there from our local media outlets, even a YouTuber, and they have not been cited, then fine, we will give you a citation, expect you to be reasonable with us and not come back. But if we happen to look at you and say, no, you have received a ticket, you have been cited for the same behavior and that didn’t do any good, you have upped the ante and now we are going to take you to jail.”
For those unversed, this action is being taken after multiple ‘YouTubers’ received complaints against them “near Nancy Guthrie’s home in Pima County following mounting complaints from neighbors.”
Furthermore “complaints were coming in about people blocking roadways, trespassing and disrupting the peace in the neighborhood,” according to Fox10tv.
The YouTubers who have since been arrested for disruptive behavior include; Alexander Zabel from the ‘Criminal Network’ channel. He faces two counts of obstruction of a highway or public thoroughfare and one count of public nuisance. Second is Troy Bradshaw from the ‘DAA JUICE’ for one count of public nuisance. Third is Damian Todd Enderle and he’s facing one count of public nuisance, according to KVOA News 4 Tucson.
