Kate Middleton’s relationships turn complicated: ‘She's become incredibly protective’

Kate Middleton’s motivations, loyalties, plans and even agenda have taken a completely 180 ever since cancer took a chokehold and sources claim, since then she’s completely shifted gears.

Part of the strategy that’s come forward just now effects many members of the Firm as a result, particularly those caught in the crossfires of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, like Princess Eugenie.

The insider in question spoke about this with RadarOnline and according to their findings, “Kate's entire focus is on supporting William, safeguarding the future of the monarchy, and maintaining a sense of discipline and unity around the core working royals.”

Since going into remission its also said, “she's become incredibly protective of that environment” and as far as Eugenie is concerned, she’s nothing if not sympathetic towards her father, Harry, and Meghan and some say even ‘emotionally connected’ to their side of the family divide.

This is what is causing a separation of sorts and in light of this the source admitted before signing off, “that inevitably makes relationships more complicated because, whether fair or not, there's always an underlying concern about where loyalties ultimately lie.”

As for those unaware of the full story behind Kate's cancer battle, that the princess announced via an Instagram video in 2024. It revealed at the time that she’s undergoing a “planned abdominal surgery” but following that cancer was found and she started preventative chemo-therapy that the public didn’t know about until March of that same year.

Shortly after in June was the first public outing the princess took part in, and her event of choice was the Trooping the Colour. During this engagement she was photographed atop the balcony.

Months went by after that without many official updates and sometime in September a video came out, that many describe as ‘cinematic’ where she announced her remission, and since then, slowly but surely the public has seen more and more of the princess of wales.
