Donning a sleek, menswear-inspired ensemble from Celine, Eilish's look featured dark-toned long dock trousers paired with a crisp blue silk shirt, layered under a double-breasted blazer adorned with silver buttons.
The outfit was inspired by the brand's spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection.
Furthermore, Eilish completed her look with Celine's flat sneakers, striped tie and subtle silver jewelry.
The premiere marked a milestone for Billie Eilish, whose film captures her Manchester performances from July 2025 alongside behind-the-scenes footage of her creative process.
Hit Me Hart And Soft: The Tour film is co-directed by Eilish and filmmaker James Cameron. It is set for theatrical release on May 8, including a 3D experience.
On the other hand, the What Was I Made For? singer also dropped a bombshell as she confirmed that her fourth studio album is already in works and halfway finished.
While no official title has been revealed, the album is being developed alongside her brother Finneas, following the success of 2024's Hit Me Hard and Soft.
