King Charles, Camilla to snub Prince Harry’s America meet-up attempt
King Charles and Queen Camilla are might not visit Prince Harry during America trip
King Charles and Queen Camilla have decided to ignore Prince Harry’s attempts of a reconciliation.
His Majesty, who is shocked as his estranged son has announced a quasi-royal trip to Australia, does not want to engage with Prince Harry during his upcoming trip to the U.S.
Royal expert Richard Palmer tells i paper: “The media attention these trips receive can lead to raised eyebrows inside the Royal Household but, for all the furore over the Epstein scandal, polls suggest that the working royals remain far more popular than the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in Britain, and the King and his aides shrug off comparisons.”
“Much to Harry’s frustration, he and Meghan remain estranged from most of the Royal Family. King Charles has shown some signs of wanting to mend fences but he and Queen Camilla are thought unlikely to see the Sussexes and their children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, if their proposed state visit to the United States goes ahead at the end of next month,” he notes.
