Timothée Chalamet gives a rare shoutout to Kylie Jenner as he accepts the Best Actor trophy at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards
Timothée Chalamet added another feather to his cap on Sunday as he won the trophy for Best Actor at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards.
The 30-year-old actor, who won the award for his outstanding performance in the film Marty Supreme, gave a rare shout-out to his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, during his award-acceptance speech.
"I'll just say thank you to my partner of three years," Timothée said from the stage, declaring his love for the reality star for the first time. "Thank you for our foundation. I love you."
"I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much," he added.
The couple also shared a sweet smooch when the actor's name was announced as the winner.
The Wonka star also thanked his fellow nominees, his team, and the film's director, Josh Safdie, during his award-acceptance speech.
“You made a story about a flawed man with a relatable dream, and you didn't preach to the audience about what's right and wrong," he said to Josh. "We should all be telling stories like that. So, thank you for this dream."
Timothée won the award, beating out other nominees including Leonardo DiCaprio, Joel Edgerton, Ethan Hawke, Wagner Moura, and Michael B. Jordan.
