Bridgerton season 4 trailer out now!
Bridgerton season 4 trailer teases Benedict’s new romance
Shondaland has unveiled the first official look at Bridgerton season 4.
The reveal came on Thursday, with Luke Thompson appearing in character as Benedict Bridgerton.
The trailer centers on Benedict, described by Lady Whistledown as the season’s “most notorious gentleman,” as he faces mounting pressure from his mother, Violet Bridgerton, to marry.
While his mother insists he hasn’t met the right woman, Benedict claims he’s pursuing a more unconventional path.
Then enters Sophie Baek, played by Yerin Ha. In true Cinderella style, the season's protagonist turns out to be a maid who wants to enjoy "one glorious night" at a masquerade ball, and then crosses paths with Benedict, who tells her she's "the most intriguing person I've ever met." Yet, she runs away without revealing her identity.
What follows is a season-long search, as Benedict becomes determined to find his mystery woman while Sophie contemplates whether she should reveal her identity.
Bridgerton season 4 follows the third book in the Bridgerton book series, An Offer from a Gentleman.
Part 1 premieres January 29, with Part 2 arriving February 26.
