Andrew was forced to step back from royal duties

King Charles believes his nieces Princess Beatrice and Eugenie should not be punished for their father former Duke of York Andrew’s actions.

The insiders claimed the monarch sees this as a way to preserve family unity without reopening public controversy.

The royal source tells Rob Shuter for his piece for substack, “He [King Charles] believes Beatrice and Eugenie shouldn’t be punished for their father’s actions.”

The close confidant said royal Christmas drama is heating up and King Charles has 'personally invited' Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice to spend Christmas Day with the Royal Family — while their parents, Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, are completely left off the guest list.

The palace insider tells the royal expert, “Charles is making a clear distinction. The daughters are welcome. The parents are not.”

Andrew, who was forced to step back from royal duties after his association with convicted offender Jeffrey Epstein, has long been excluded from major royal events.

Sarah Ferguson, though divorced from Andrew, is also not expected to attend.

Moreover, the royal expert says but of course, nothing in the royal household is simple. “Every invitation is scrutinized.

“But Christmas is about family—and this is the line Charles is drawing.”

While the holiday table will see Eugenie and Beatrice enjoying Christmas with senior royals, Andrew and Sarah are left on the outside looking in.
