Rob Reiner's sudden death left Hollywood in shock. Several celebrities and filmmakers have taken to social media to express their grief over the passing of the Spinal Tap director.
Shortly after the tragic news of Rob's death made headlines, actor Jon Cryer shared his thoughts on the loss of the great filmmaker.
“Horrible. I didn’t think today could get worse," the Two and a Half Men star penned on threads.
The Avengers maker Joe Russo also expressed his sorrow over the sudden death of Rob.
“I can’t handle the truth that one of the greatest filmmakers to ever live is gone. We lost one of the few good men. RIP, Rob Reiner," he wrote on X.
On the other hand, the Simple Favor director Paul Feig also paid a heartfelt tribute to the "lovely person" Rob.
“One of my most cherished pictures. Rob was my true hero. A true visionary titan and a lovely, lovely person," he wrote on X.
“One never knows if it’s proper to post during something as tragic as this. But I just want the world to know what so many of us know in the industry. Rob was the best," added Paul.
For those unversed, Rob and his wife, Michelle, were found dead at their home in Los Angeles on December 14.
