Sarah Ferguson has just seen a piece written about her, warning her about the lingering stench Jeffrey Epstein has left on her, now that her life in English high society is a thing of the past.
The entire thing has been issued by North-West correspondent Chris Riches.
He shared his personal thoughts about the ex-Duchess’ future, in a piece for The Express UK.
It began with him pointing out the fact that “she was already skating on ice thinner than a Christmas After Eight”.
However, the continued revelations regarding the extent of her connection to the known sex offender “is a triple Salchow too many,” he noted.
For those unversed, there are also reports that Fergie not only sought money from Epstein during the last couple of years but also lived in Epstein’s homes as a guest during 2014.
This leads Riches to double down in his piece, and ask once more “amid decades of previous scandals, debt crises and dodgy business associates, it begs the question: ‘Where does Fergie actually go from here?’”
Because as it stands, her connection to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has seen her ostracised by London's high society, given her own “gigantic error of judgment” in connecting with Epstein, which she claimed in her own words, as part of a 2011 interview.
“I abhor paedophilia and any sexual abuse of children,” she said at the time. But later was outsted in a leaked email by the Mail on Sunday for having apologized to the financier for using the ‘p’ word.
“As you know, I did not, absolutely not, say the 'P word' about you but understand it was reported that I did,” she said in that leaked correspondence. “I know you feel hellaciously let down by me. You have always been a steadfast, generous and supreme friend to me and my family.”
She’s also seen a decline in her standing in general, whether it be from charities cutting ties to patron status being dropped. However to the writer it begs the question, “now as she's set to quit Royal Lodge in Windsor for good, what does her future hold?”
Because as Riches says, “Fergie once sold a range of gifts called The Duchess Collection. I suggest she brings out a new range of perfumes. She desperately needs something to drown out the lingering stench that Epstein has left on her.”
