Katy Perry is considering breast enhancement surgery as her relationship with Justin Trudeau heats up.
An insider made the revelation, adding that the singer is still consulting with doctors, per Closer.
“Katy is 99% very happy with her body right now," the source began, before explaining that the popstar does feel her breasts "aren’t nearly as full and perky as they were before."
"It was a little tough to come around to because she’s always been so proud of having an all-natural chest, but the reality is, after having a kid and losing all that weight, she’s not feeling the same way about her [breasts] that she used to," the source told Closer.
"The way people have picked apart her body over the years has been very tough on her self-image. They’ve been very cruel about her chest since she lost weight, and that has gotten in her head."
The source added that the scrutiny of her smaller chest “has gotten in her head” following her weight loss, and that she is also receiving support from her friends.
"Her friends have all been telling her she should just bite the bullet and get them done, and she’s finally agreed to do it."
“She has no plans to get anything extreme; she just wants to add back some of the volume that she lost and maybe get a little lift. Right now, she’s still consulting with doctors, but she's pretty excited about doing this.”
The motivation, the source claimed, is partly tied to her romance with the former Canadian prime minister.
“Katy is head over heels for Justin and wants to look as good as she can for him,” the insider said.
Perry reportedly intends to time the surgery so she can surprise Trudeau during one of their reunions. “It’s not something she’s going to talk about with Justin, she says it will be more fun to just surprise him,” the source noted.
