Kelly Osbourne slams body-shamers amid grieving period following her father, Ozzy's death
Kelly Osbourne is clapping back at body-shaming comments.
The singer took to her Instagram account to slam people taking aim at her appearance after her father Ozzy Osbourne's death.
"First, I want to start by saying I received so many lovely, lovely, lovely comments from people that have really helped me get through this time in my life since losing my father," Kelly began.
“But I also received some disgusting, horrible, mean brutal comments. And I’m just here sat like, ‘What do you expect from me? What do you expect me to look like right now?’”
The British TV personality further shared that losing her father has taken a toll on her and she is already doing enough.
“The fact that I’m getting out of bed and facing my life, trying should be more than enough and I should be commended for that.”
Kelly also left a message for people who criticize or leave negative remarks.
“You need to take a strong, hard look at yourself because most of the things you’re saying about me is how you feel about yourself," she noted
“Prime example you say that I look ill, Well, I am ill right now. My life is completely flipped upside down. I don’t understand why people expect me to bounce back and look like everything is just fine in my life when it’s not," Kelly added.
