Victoria Beckham is said to be facing one of the toughest times of her career.
The wife of David Beckham is devastated as her fashion empire is once again in financial turmoil, as per Closer Magazine.
Insiders told the outlet that despite her recent Netflix docuseries, Victoria's brand is battling losses.
"Victoria is devastated – the brand means everything to her. She’s embarrassed the business is still struggling, especially after filming the documentary. She thought that chapter was behind her, but it’s happening all over again. She’s under no illusions though – the numbers aren’t easy to ignore," the source said.
Adding, "Victoria wants around £350 million – that’s the sales figure being floated. It’s ambitious, but that’s the dream scenario. She wants a buyer who sees long-term potential. And, frankly, she needs the deal."
As per insiders, David, who has poured millions into the label over the years, reportedly believes they can't continue funding the company.
"David thinks they can’t keep pouring money in. He adores her and wants her dream to work, but even he’s saying maybe it’s time to let go and it really seems they’re on the verge of giving up. He’s always been her rock. But he knows they need a plan that doesn’t depend on endless cash injections," the source noted.
Amid all this, speculations continue to grow about a potential Spice Girls reunion, which includes Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell-Horner.
"Victoria saw herself as Lady Beckham, not Posh Spice. In her mind, she was going to be running a global fashion house, not contemplating a reunion tour. The contrast between where she thought she’d be and where she is now has been emotionally bruising," the source noted wife of David Beckham.
