Scott Wolf makes major move as Kelley Wolf resumes court-ordered mental health treatment
Scott Wolf filed for divorce in June
Scott Wolf has withdrawn his restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, as she remains in long-term psychiatric care.
A Utah judge approved the 57-year-old actor’s request to drop the amended temporary protective order during a Dec. 3 hearing.
The decision comes after months of escalating legal and medical crises. Scott filed for divorce in June; days later, Kelley, 49, was placed on an involuntary hold after concerns about her mental health.
She was later arrested in August after posting private information about friends, family, and Scott online, and subsequently barred from contacting him or their three children.
Kelley allegedly violated that order within a week, leading to an additional misdemeanor charge. By late September, she was again hospitalised after reportedly making threats toward herself and Scott.
After an evaluation, a judge ordered her to a minimum 60-day involuntary psychiatric hold with mandatory medication compliance.
Kelley has missed multiple court dates due to treatment and was transferred in mid-October to another Utah facility to continue care.
